question about combat with multiple units (one in front, one in rear)

Ok if i have a unit already in combat getting charged in the rear and the opponent kills everything in front of it(for me it is everything on last rank). Now he isn't touching any more units - does that mean he is out of combat or he automatically move up to my next rank? Also, if he had his normal infantry go first and kills everything in the rear and his Character goes but not touching anyone anymore - does he still strike? thanks

Just move up, and the character still gets to strike. Basically -- if they were touching enemies when the round started, he gets his strikes in.

question about combat with multiple units (one in front, one in rear)

That is correct, 5 models in the Orc unit will be able to fight and 6 models in the bloodletter unit will be able to fight.

This is answered in the BRB where basicaly models will move into a fighting position from the unit it self.

question about combat with multiple units (one in front, one in rear)

Ah. I knew that was how it worked from the side, where the incomplete rear rank slides over. Hadn't realized it was also covered explicitly for rear charges, thanks guys.

- Salvage
