<![CDATA[Latest posts for the thread "1750 Orks (Fighty lists)"]]> http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/14.page JForum - http://www.jforum.net 1750 Orks (Fighty lists) AP weapons aren't really that great, but at the same time you can't always count on the "tons of shots" mantra to always hold up (I played against a Plague Marine CSM army who really only like to die when shot by AP2 guns or are hit by Power Fists).

Also I wanted a list that required me to purchase as little as possible to play 40k somewhat competitively, and I'm thinking my approach of 9 Kanz isn't always that great. Pretty much I wanted to be able to start knocking things out ASAP and I wanted a number of CC elements to the list as it's the kind of stuff I normally won't be able to deal with through the volume of shots the Boyz can normally put out.

So here are my 3 lists, the first one is much more Tournament focused:

I like the first list as well, from a tourney standpoint. I think the Kommandos are worth it, and they'll do the same job, just with less flair than the warbikers!
