				<title>1000pt Ork Speed Freeks</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ The idea behind this list is to have a whole bunch of similar units, so that if one is destroyed it won't be that big of an issue. I'm new to Orks, and I'd like this list to be at least moderately competitive, so critique and advice would be great.<br /> <br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span>:<br /> 1. Deffkoptas x3...115 points<br /> -Kustom mega-blasta x2<br /> <br /> <br /> 60 Orks<br /> 5 Trukks<br /> 3 DeffKoptas<br /> <br /> Basically the idea is to have as many fast, scoring units as I can. Everything in the army is a troops choice except for the deffkoptas. Unfortunately I don't have much ranged anti tank- the best I've got is the deffkoptas with their kustom mega-blastas. Klaws in every squad and the general speed of the army is what I'm counting on to save my bacon against vehicles. What needs to be better, what's okay as is, and what needs to go?]]></description>

Even if it means dropping a Kopta, <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(72);'>imo</span>.<br /> <br /> I figure you're running him in the trukk with the 'ardboys, which in a sea of possible targets makes that the absolute standout to get popped first. That leaves your killiest unit hoofing it through a deluge of otherwise bored small arms fire. Granted it's just my opinion, but having him on a bike would give you a bit more flexibility in charging multiple units simultaneously, which is crucial now that you can't play consolidation leapfrog. If nothing else, consider it for the toughness/save upgrade.<br /> <br /> Otherwise, it's a tight 1k <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(234);'>KoS</span> list, should be a blast to play!]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ A bike might make him a little more survivable, but then I have to scavenge 40 points from the list (which could be done by downgrading the 'ard boyz to regular boyz), and he's hoofing it on his own. Granted, he's hoofing it quickly, but I'm worried that he'll get swamped if he doesn't have a backup unit to take some of the heat for him. If i dropped the koptas, I could probably fit in some bikers to roll with him, but then that will bring the army down to absolutely zero ranged anti-armor.  I figured I'll try and screen the boss's trukk with another trukk to prevent it from taking too much fire, but once the army gets expanded I'm definately going to try to put him on a bike with at least one large biker mob.]]></description>

It's only 12 models in the truck I think, which makes for 11 boyz and NOB.<br /> <br /> I will double check that tonight, but I am pretty sure there is an error there.<br /> <br /> I also found three bikes/defkoptas pretty ineffective.  Once one dies you need to instantly morale check. 				<description><![CDATA[ The Nob is listed as an upgrade, so there would be 12 boyz with one upgraded to a nob, or basically 11 boyz and a nob. (only 12 to a trukk)<br /> <br /> And you're right, the deffkoptas are there because they look cool, and provide a little more Anti-tank than bikes. ]]></description>
