				<description><![CDATA[ I present this 2000 point assault oriented chaos list for your evaluation, derision...approval? Overall I will listen to all suggestions, but at the moment I just blew a bunch of money on getting the models listed here so I can't easily swap things out. I have more regular chaos marines and a 5 man unit of terminators as my only alternatives for any of the listed units. I would really appreciate moves to fine tune the list and not scraping it entirely, but if you feel it stinks feel free to tell that to me. 				<description><![CDATA[ This army is <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>CC</span> themed, and you've spent 90 points on plasma pistols for your berzerkers. If I were you, I would drop the plasma pistols and spend the points somewhere else. Also, I would take 3 squads of one obliterator, it will let you divide your firepower alot more. ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ in response to extrenm(54):<br /> 3 squads of 1 obilterator, is in fact, an unquestionably BAD idea. those things are worth a hefty number of kill points, and therefore, a possible game-loser.<br /> as for your list...<br /> i question your taking of daemon princes with doombolt... just doesn't seem like it fits the theme, why not khorne <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(262);'>DP</span>'s with wings? it'd give your raptors something to fly with... and kill. how do chosen deep strike? i thought they only have infiltrate... also, I don't mind the usage of obliterators, as they are damn good anti-tank, but you might be well-off with terminators instead... chainfists can be pretty good, as can be combi-meltas, but if you don't have them, oblits are good. just remember, don't deep strike the oblits unless you want to sacrifice them for a tank kill. as for your comment on the plasma pistols, take 4 more khorne berserkers, or give your daemon princes the upgrades i suggested. I'm a long time khorne player, and have never found plasma pistols particularily useful.<br /> <br /> One last thing: you might want another troops choice, your objective taking and holding capabilities, are, shall we say, lacking somewhat.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Plasma pistols are not very good and they cost a lot.  You would rather have more bodies.  Wings on your demon princes are a MUST HAVE item.  Either that or swap one of them out for a winged sorceror to fly with the raptors.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Since the chosen can't deepstrike(they can infiltrate or outflank) 4 specials in a 5 man squad is not good either.  <br /> <br /> For all of your 5 man squads ... they just don't work, not at 2000 points.  In a 1000 point game you can get away with it, but at higher levels they just go away too easily.  They will hit thier target and melt away without doing much damage.<br /> <br /> This army would be ok if you:<br /> <br /> Take previous suggastions to make yoru princes winged.  Lash princes, tzeench warptime princes, and if you don't want to mix themes a regular khorne prince are all ok.  The other types of powers don't fit in with what you want the winged princes to do.<br /> <br /> Get some rhinos for your zerkers.  If you are playing in friendly games proxy them with whatever you need to.  Zerkers don't do well when they have to walk to the party.  <br /> <br /> Combine your 5 man chosen and your 5 man rapter squads into 10 man squads.  This will leave you with a few points to give them a mark.  I prefer chaos glory, but Khorne works well also.  Consider a rhino for the now bigger chosen sqaud.  They can outflank with their transport, drive onto the board and unload at a unit or a vulerable tank from the side or rear if they are within 18" of the board edges.<br /> <br /> Alternativly, use your chosen as regular <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(22);'>CSM</span>.  Find an objective and sit on it.  A heavy bolter wouldn't go amis in a squad like this.  That would give you one troop to hold the fort while the zerkers go emo on everyone else.<br /> <br /> With these changes (relativly minor except for the rhinos) you should have a decent army with the figs you have.  It won't bethe most uber army to have ever hit a tabletop but should do ok.  <br /> <br /> Dropping your plasma pistols off the zerkers should afford most of the rhinos, the rest of the points can come from the upgrades shaved from combining squads.<br /> <br /> You could also switch oblits for terminators to suit your playstyle as both should be effective depending on your opponents.<br /> <br /> Meph]]></description>
