http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/15.page JForum - http://www.jforum.net CSM player for a few years now but have recently started to play a lot more. I have a few questions about the new codex the new rules and some other tournament oriented questions for you all.

First off, in the newest edition of the CSM:Codex the Land Raider has the special rule Assault Vehicle which allows embarked troops to assault after disembarking. In the 5th edition rules it states that units embarked on a transport can, before the transport moves, disembark move and then assault. So does this now mean that the special rule does nothing, or does it allow the unit to assault before and/or after the Land Raider has moved??

Secondly, I am in the process of converting Dark Angels models to use as basic troops for my CSM army. What is GW view on this in regards to tournaments? I Know that the majority of the model must be a GW mini, but is it ok to use models from a different force while using all appropriate rules from the CSM codex?
