Nope, he's just saying that the I3 PMs aren't really going to be going first to make the PW useful so why not just spring for the PFs? As for the list. I kind of like it. Drop some of the equipment in the termies squad or drop them all together. Once again, you are sinking way too many points into that Termie squad. More than a quarter of your army is a single 10 man squad of termies. Your going to have a lot of trouble with vehicles with this list as written. The only thing you have that can really bust them is the DP and he will draw too much fire and get shot down turn 1 or 2. The defiler is, once again, not an optimal choice. It can be fun but you should probably run Oblits over it in this list because of the lack of anti-tank.

The smaller one,is for deepstriking behind well defended objectives and killing everyone or contesting.

The other one runs with the princes,lashing things into charge range and destrying them.

Why not have 2 DPs ? Imo they are one of the best most effective/efficient things the chaos armory has to offer. Don't even have to give the second one anything special, just wings perhaps, although with warptime their sickness really shines. It's not necessary to have 2 but they really are worth it.

Terminators really don't need both a pfist and a chainfist, it's just not necessary..Also combi weapons are amazingly effective, especially plasma, which will also help with at least a tad with your horde situation since it's 2 shots instead of one. You already have the chainfist for tank bashing. Why not do something like 2 - 5 man term squad with chainfist, reaper, 3x combi-whatever.

As for the troops, why not take advantage of the fact that both plague marine squads can have 2 special weapons. They're worth it in all cases ;D
Although I wouldn't mix em, because then what happens when it comes time to assault and you just fired your single rapid fire weapon? Maybe even do 1 squad with 2 melta 1 with 2 plasma? However you are lacking somewhat in anti-tank so you might want to consider both melta.

Thousand sons look fine, although you may want to consider putting them in one of those rhinos at least until they're in range, and even using the other as backup if that one pops (or eliminating it altogether). Plague marines can run just fine across the field without armored support.

Also there's a lot of fun strategies you can use with rhinos aside from just transports, like placing them in such a way as to stop a jump infantry from assaulting a certain troop, or putting them directly in front of an enemy unit to stop fire on things that matter (assuming the rhinos have made it this far).

Last but not least, rhino's aren't heavy, they don't take up a spot on force organisation. And if they did it'd be troops, so use that spot if you'd like to ;D

Same thing holds true for the Terminators. Split them into two squads of 4, one with plasma, one with melta and see how that works for ya.

I'd also most definetely give the Plague Marine Champs powerfists.
