Also i only see the need for 1 units of dark riders so a nice block of spearmen or corsairs would help out a good bit. Lose the guardmaster in the crossbow units and maybe run with only one and lose a hydra for two reaper bolt throwers. The problem is there is no where for your dreadlord to go, a unit that is, if your going for shooting then take lifetaker. Drop the level 2 upgrade on both of the sorceresses, theres no point in making them level 2 because you're still only going to have a pretty pathetic 6 power dice you're better off just using them as scroll caddies. You need something in this list that has staying power like what neito said. I would recommend black guard which you can get by dropping the shades. Take a wide unit and put your lord in there give them the ASF banner and get things in combat with them and then flank with your hydras.
