Primed the entire model with Bleached Bone.
Chitin - Liche Purple
Weapons / spikes - Blood Red
Tongue - Snot Green
Eyes - Sunburst Yellow
Fleshy parts - Dwarf Flesh
Teeth - Skull White
Wing membranes - Scab Red

Only change I'd make would be to raise the wings upwards or mount him higher.
