				<title>WYSIWYG Eldar Vehicle Upgrades?</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ I'm putting together an Eldar army that I started about 8 years ago that I just picked up again.  I haven't even touched them in 4 years and am a little rusty but figured I could a quick answer out of this crew.  My question is how do people end up modeling the eldar vehicle upgrades?
