Model wise he is shown as a beefed up Bloodletter. But find the fluff on the Skulltaker and you see that he is actually very much humanish. Sure he has Khorne icons but he is w/ out a doubt humanoid in appearance. Archaons greatest weakness is the pinky, Slaanesh woggle wiggled around his sould. And as Grimgork came along it was enough to laugh about the pinky woggle and Archy was done.
It´s shameful but better blame Slaanesh than admit your hardcore badass King of Armageddon IC got owned by a greenskin.
