Take a unit of 59 night goblins with short bows, and put in a night goblin BSB with the spider banner. You've now got 59 poisonous attacks. Against a large target all of your goblins can shoot over the heads of the little fellas infront of them. Problems is you'll only have a 16" range, but don't worry about your BS or long range as any 6's bypass his toughness. You will need to have above average luck to take down a star dragon, because they have an armour save of 3+. I tried this against a high elf star dragon with a prince on it worth 619 points total, and both were wiped out. Its a good unit, but not great, and you could use the points for other, better units...
