Mark of Slaanesh, <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(397);'>FC</span>.<br /> --15 Chaos Warriors: Halberds, shields. Mark of Slaanesh, <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(397);'>FC</span>.<br /> <br /> --10 Warhounds.<br /> --9 Warhounds.<br /> --5 Marauder Horsemen: Light armour, flail, musician, mark of slaanesh.<br /> <br /> --5 Chaos Knights: Mark of nurgle, <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(397);'>FC</span> except champion, banner that makes enemies in <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(242);'>btb</span> check T or recieve a wound.<br /> <br /> --3 Chaos Ogres: Mark of nurgle, great weapons, chaos armour. (i have doubts with those big guys, i don't know if its better to give them mark of Khorne and 2 hand weapons or great weapons, since they only have <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(149);'>WS</span> 3 and against some guys is pretty useles -1WS in this days against troops with WS5-6, -1 to <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>BS</span> is useful, but it won't help against cannons and the like).<br /> <br /> The tactic of this army is to weak the enemy with the anoying Tzeench magic and then hit like a ton of bricks with the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(385);'>WOC</span> units and the ogres/knights getting the flank, as allways the fast stuff (hounds, cavalry) will hunt flanks/backing units/ranged missile troops and warmachines).<br /> <br /> Opinions??]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ stream of corruption not so good on foot, better on a horse or flying thing. should deck your level 4 out for combat, very effective since he has to challenge. also its debateable whether the sorcerers can use shields.<br /> <br /> the ogres are fine the way they are, i like chaos ironguts.<br /> <br /> the whole toughness test thing is neat but there are better things to get. warbanner suits knights very nicely. A rune shield or sword fits the exalted just as well.  just food for thought.<br /> <br /> the dogs should be in units of five, they arent hard to kill and 10 of them in one place isnt that helpful.<br /> <br /> lots of marks too, 165pts. you could get a whole other unit or character. again just a thought, i dont think it has that large a bearing on effectiveness.<br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Hey thanks for the answer, well i think you are right in some points, number of dogs, the weapon of the exhalted hero, the marks i think are worth it, no panic, fear or terror, -1 to <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(149);'>ws</span> with ws5 is pretty good when you fight ws3 joes. +1 to cast due to <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(102);'>MoT</span> is great too true 165 points yes but i think is worth it.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ if you take the toughness test banner you can potentially never have to challage if you put the wizard in the far corner of your unit ant put the banner next to him, if they fail your wizard is no longer in combat and therefore can't challenge.<br /> this is what i do for my nurgle knight army]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Here's my thoughts...<br /> <br /> <br /> *Tzeentch Lord: Lot of points for 1 character, and if you're not going for the Skull of Katam blasty army, he's going to be hard pressed to earn points in the metagame (Tournaments).<br /> <br /> *Exalted Champ:  Ok, but the Weapon isn't really helping you kill models, and being drastically outnumbered most of the time, even with the Blasphemous Amulet you're not going to really do his "job". Mounted on a Daemonic Steed would be more ideal with the Amulet, and a simple Sword of Might can really help cut down foes and earn rolls on the Eye of the Gods chart...<br /> <br /> *Chaos Sorcerer:  Ok, but as someone already mentioned, the 1 time use Stream of Corruption isn't worth it. Keep him cheap, mount him on a Barded Steed for some Armor Save and Movement bonus maybe...<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> *Chaos Warriors:  Again, ok but the problem Warriors of Chaos Armies tend to have is "forcing the issue"...how are you going to force your foe to fight them?  Ya' don't have enough zappy/shootyness in your list to force him to come forth, and only 2 fast units that'll threaten him early on. Maybe a bit large units would be more useful as well<br /> <br /> *Warhounds:  I hate them, but 1 unit of 6 or so isn't so bad, nice to help trigger stupid Fanatics!<br /> <br /> *Marauder Horsemen:  Good, but Mark of Nurgle makes opponents of <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(149);'>WS</span> (4) easier to hit with the S(5) Flails and the -1 to be shot keeps them around a bit...though 5 is a small unit (one Fireball can ruin their day fast).<br /> <br /> *Chaos Knights:  Good, but a small unit that will die to enemy Magic/Shooting quite quickly...and the Magical standard is ok, but there are more useful ones out there...Banner of Rage is quite nice on them, but I prefer my Nurgle Knights 7 strong (themed and Fear higher Unit Strength).<br /> <br /> *Chaos Ogres:  Great unit, drop Mark of Nurgle and add a Musician. Cheap, hits hard, can bait and flee to Rally on an 8, etc. Great for helping force the issue.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Overall, the normal issues for Mortal Chaos Armies is lack of speed/manuverability and thus forcing the fight with your foe. Dragon Ogres, mounted character on Daemonic Steeds/Juggernauts, Chaos Ogres, Shaggoths and Chaos Spawn help this out. <br /> <br /> <br /> Hope this helps.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ The character set-up in general, is farly lack lustre. <br /> <br /> Chaos warriors do not need champions - it is almost assuredly a waste of 24 good points. Remember, that due to the EotG rule, a character's challenge must be declared first. You can grab the warbanner then.<br /> <br /> Hounds should be in units of 5 (throw away) or 15 (mobile ranks an outnumber).<br /> <br /> Horsemen should NEVER EVER have light armour! You o NOT want to lose the fast cavalry rule. Better is flail + shield + <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(101);'>MoS</span> only.<br /> <br /> The ogres are fairly pants in that config - you have spent a lot of points on the warriors, so they need more support in the way of some mobile ranks from a marauder unit, or more marauder horsemen (that would be my reccomendation).<br /> <br /> Now we can come back to characters, having come to understand the focus of the list - the warriors, and getting them into combat as effectively as possible. To do this, we can either look at movement magic, slaanesh magic or to a lesser extent, nurgle magic. You have spent many points on those warriors - some destructive tzeentch magic in no way improves upon that - what is more S5 attacks when your warriors given a million already?<br /> <br /> My personal reccomendation would be to invest in shadow mages - I truly believe this lore adds a lot to a chaos army - acess to fear, anti knight and slaan spells, and most importantly for an infantry list...movement spells!<br /> <br /> Hence for characters, I would look at a mage lord, another sorcerer, and a regular exalted with a great weapon and the book of secrets (steed of shadow always) for mobile S7 attacks. You can thn give the sorcerer lord third eye of tzeentch if you still want, but it is not that useful - conjoined humonculous to use ONLY if you fail lurker or pit is a stronger choice. Round all of this out with a scroll or three, and you will have better magic all around, for a lower cost - that actually enhances the rest of the army.<br /> <br /> By the way, 32" moving marauder horsemen in a single turn is pretty darn nice.<br /> <br /> Hope this helps!<br /> <br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Split the dogs into 4 units total (add one dog). I would always take a Warshrine in a Warrior-Magic bunker list as it keeps your mages out of pesky challenges, not to mention the bonus stats you'll randomly generate. Boxcars on the chart basically makes them unstoppable.<br /> <br /> The secondary mage is pretty worthless, if you're taking a sorc lord you may as well have some sort of support.<br /> <br /> I think nearly any banner would be better than the T test banner for the knights. Heck, even Banner of Rage would make them more powerful.]]></description>
