This would be in a more assault-oriented Guard list, so the Command squads would also be moving up. Grenade Launchers everywhere although I could also take Meltaguns in the Storm Troopers as insurance. Compare to say Rough Riders, which Steel Legion cannot actually take anyway. But just say.

So this would be a minimum of three Commissars. Plus an Inquistor Lord and I would probably also take an Elite Inquisitor in with Conscripts.
