It was wierd, but legal. I used it to create ridiculous Assault squads.

Except it was called an Honor Guard, it had a Techmarine, Apothocary, Standard Bearer, Sergeat and 1 other + the Jump Capable HQ of your choice. Made taking Dante an interesting choice as it allowed him to live a bit longer and get into CC where he'd tear up just about anything. I believe BA players can still use that, as I have yet to seen a revision of the BA rules reguarding that squad. I know there was some revisions done via White Dwarf that I remember and I believe the squad was still listed.

This also only took up 1 FOC HQ slot. Which meant you could take another one, except you were limited to 1 Honor guard per-Army if memory serves.
