great poses, my sugjestion though is to water your paint down a bit more and don't have so much on the brush at one time.

help you get cleaner lines and (though you didn' here) avoid gloppy ness.

I'll second the above comment and also recommend a bit more flash/mold line removal.
If doing that style of light grey/white I would go with two thin layers of Foundation Astronomicon Grey, followed by a couple of thin coats of white. Then you could use either Devlan Mud or Badab Black wash and then touch up the final highlights with white.
Looking forward to seeing more as I like the poses.

Some recent paint finishes (pleanty of pics)

I like the drawing a lot. If I were you, I would:

-Remove the mold lines. It sucks, I've been removing mold lines from my necron army for days now. Every single piece. And it's horrible and time consuming imho. But honestly, it makes models look so much better. It can be the different between having a decent looking model and a good looking model.

-Change you water and wash your brush thoroughly every time you use a metallic paint. Just trust me here...

-Thin your paints with water. You can use a notebook cover, a piece of a box you buy your guys in, anything. I usually dip my brush in paint, dip it lightly in water, then rub it on my pallet. Add more paint or water to get paint thats thin, but not watery. Many thin layers are better than one thick layer every day of the week.

-Make your painting neat. It's a bit sloppy. Taking time to paint more careful and to clean up the paint job will make a world of difference.

-Base your models! Get some elmers glue, some fine sand, and two colors. Use a toothpick or a worn brush to apply watered down elmers glue (stuff from elementary school), dip it in sand, shake the extra off. Paint it black, paint the sand graveyard earth or a suitable dark brown. Dry brush the sand bleached bone. Repaint the rim black (don't sand the rim, only the top) from any dry brushing that carried over.

I think that if you follow my advice along with other board members, you could increase your painted models look by 100%. You could also look into dry brushing, it would bring out the detail in space marines a lot, and is very easy to do once you learn proper technique.
