Maybe adding a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(167);'>tac</span> squad or a third Scout squad (shooty) would be a safe bet.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ i'm not so sure about this, you only have 2 scoring units, although they are in speeders 5 scouts is still pretty fragile<br /> <br /> ah <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(328);'>ML</span> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(29);'>devs</span> are great but still just take them as 5 man units<br /> <br /> personally still just take sternguard, with lysanders bolter drill they can be deadly, however the termines could also be useful also no special weapon for Lysanders squad, try to work in a heavy flamer so they can max out on wounds + casualties on the way in<br /> <br /> prehaps with the dropped pts from the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(29);'>devs</span> try and work in 5 man <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(167);'>tac</span> squads with Razorbacks w/ Lascannons same kinda thing but an extra <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(482);'>AT</span> shot and power armour<br /> <br /> just my 2 cents anyway<br /> <br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ What I meant regarding the Bolters in the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(29);'>Dev</span> squad is you could put the same marines in a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(167);'>tac</span> squad where they may be more useful.  But two squads of 9 in fortified cover are hard to kill and will keep their Ld9.<br /> <br /> The <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(167);'>tac</span> squads are there just to go for objectives.  The points are in the terminator squads to put the hurt on.  So three <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(167);'>Tac</span> squad power fists you could have two or so terminators.<br /> <br /> One thing I considered is taking a Librarian for the hood.  I could ditch Lysander and take The Gate and Vortex of Doom, put him in with the Cyclone termies.  So ...<br /> <br /> Lysander<br /> <br /> Librarian (Epistolary)<br /> Terminator Armour, Storm Shield, Melta Bomb<br /> Vortex of Doom, The Gate of Infinity<br /> <br /> 1x 10x Tactical Terminators (Combat Squad)<br /> 2x Cyclone Missile Launchers<br /> <br /> 2x 10x Tactical Squad (Combat Squad)<br /> Plasma Cannon, Plasmagun<br /> <br /> 1x 2x Attack Bike<br /> Heavy Bolter<br /> <br /> 2x 9x Devastator Squad<br /> 4x Missile Launcher<br /> <br /> Thunderfire Cannon<br /> <br /> // 1833 + Chainfists, 54 models<br /> <br /> Lysander, the Terminator Squads, the Tactical Squads and the Devastator Squads are solid.  Two reinforced shooting areas are redundant.  The Attack Bikes bring a bit of speed/ shooting support.  The Librarian is cool, fun and brings a Psychic hood.]]></description>

With shooting you <i>can</i> seriously weaken them, but Assault termies are what will seriously remove things. A smaller assault squad will do it's job efficiently, possibly with thunder hammers and the librarian in tow if you really want to hit tanks with it, and free up points for something more effective/economic than Cyclone missile launchers.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Despite the fact I appreciate the comments:  Cyclones are awesome.  4 Frag templates.  And then you move in with the Powerfists.  They strike last/ simultaneously anyway if you are attacking cover.<br /> <br /> I am not real sold on the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(167);'>Tac</span> squads but a bit of plasma is perfect for shooting down those same <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(95);'>MEQ</span> Assault Termies, Assault Squads and even Bikes.<br /> <br /> I think it would be a draw against say Land Raider Chaos, Black Templar, Space Wolves, etc.  I considered Lascannon/ Meltagun over the Plasma but I think I like the emphasis on anti-infantry.  The Kraks and Plasma are still equally good against Nidzilla.]]></description>

Still, it is mostly there just because it is so good against Lootas in cover.  And for flavour/ painting/ conversion/ composition.  It is only 100 points, if it gets shot it gets shot.<br /> <br /> I think I will have to play the list a few times to determine if it is a "Power Build" or not.  I suppose it is not really a paper-rock-sissors Power Build, but rather a strong list?  It is what I would call an optimized <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(95);'>MEQ</span> list, relying on T4/ 3+ (T4/ 2+) with no armoured vehicles.<br /> <br /> The trick is getting the best use out of Tactical squads, which are also the objective grabbers and holders. The blast template and the 4 Kraks for anti-Necron, anti-<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(265);'>FNP</span> and light to medium vehicles.  The Votex is better against AV13 and definately AV14.  Best shot against a Monolith.<br /> <br /> I think I am going to playtest it.  I do not have much experience in the 5th edition. 				<description><![CDATA[ I really like the Devastator squads, even if they are expensive.  They really give solid shooting.  With 9 bodies there are enough models to keep the guns alive.  As a bonus the Sergeant will be kept alive too.  They are expensive but 5 Terminators with 2 Cyclones are more expensive.<br /> <br /> They are not any good against Russ tanks but they can still glance if needs be (say against Armoured Company) and they can always mow down infantry.  Shoot the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(29);'>Dev</span> squads you are not shooting the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(167);'>Tac</span> squads or the Terminators.<br /> <br /> Basically they are somewhat of an indulgence but they are useful.  And I even have a bunch of Missile Launchers around so.]]></description>
