				<description><![CDATA[ This advice comes from experience putting down lots of sandbags in real life.  The best sandbags are actually only half filled and laid in an overlapping pattern.  If you have the luxury, you use a wooden mallet to flatten the sandbags so that they're really tightly interlocked.]]></description>
