				<description><![CDATA[ since my paint set didnt come with the last shipment and i have the itch to paint SOMETHING<br /> <br /> i tried testing the inks that came , on an unfortunate sisters of battles minis.<br /> <br /> with all the random inks i threw on her i'll call her slaneesh &gt;.&gt;<br /> <br /> just out of curiosity,  there are 3 brown inks i have question about:<br /> Gryphonne sepia  ( it looks just like the other 2? )<br /> devlan mud ( is this the old brown wash? )<br /> ogryn flesh  ( is this the old flesh wash? )<br /> which one is the wash for yellow D:  and red? <br /> <br /> <img src="http://images.dakkadakka.com/gallery/2008/12/20/13441_sm-ink%20test.jpg" border="0" /><br /> <br /> just for you arctik_firangi ^-^  i dont have paint but i can mix my wash with my smelly primer <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(84);'>lol</span> ( old <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(50);'>gw</span> paint on primer )<br /> <br /> <img src="http://images.dakkadakka.com/gallery/2008/12/21/13443_sm-sisters.jpg" border="0" /><br /> <br /> <img src="http://images.dakkadakka.com/gallery/2008/12/21/13442_sm-sisters.jpg" border="0" />]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ The face is the first thing that struck me. Very awesome looking, in a Xeno-ghoul kind of a way.<br /> <br /> Though it could definetly use some more contrast (and you're probably just screwing around with ink), I'd say for an ink-only paintjob that it looks quite good.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ ah ty!  the face started with  concentrated black ink on the eyes and inner  mouth.  once its dried  i used diluted black ink to go in the shaded areas leaving all the raised surface white.  then i used red ink for lips, and i think....  ogryn flesh over the white raised area.]]></description>

Putit on anything not meant to be pristine. I always rehighlight to make the colours pop again though.<br /> Ogryn flesh- haven't tried but have been told it is a reddy brown.]]></description>

Was this an actual colour scheme your were considering, or is this, as you say, just out of boredom?</div></blockquote><br /> <br /> it was first to test the new washes on white primer ( but of course i wont color the face blue and guns flesh xD  for example )<br /> but lots of parts still dont make sense color scheme wise like green backpack green icon, green guns and holster.<br /> also thought of trying to mix wash with primer so i have some sort of paint for now and just started to paint from there on.<br /> <br /> <br /> eventually i had so much fun coloring it, i decided to pretty her up abit.  ( decided mix of red and purple looks better then plain purple.<br /> <br /> but the majority of the effort came from  im too lazy to strip the paint if it turns out too awful. <br /> ]]></description>
