A point came up in a game recently which we could not see the answer.

A land redeemer moved and a unitf terminators came out and we could not see if they can shoot as well as assault.

I would appreciate any comments on this point.

You shoot in the shooting phase and are wearing Terminator armor so you have relentless and count as not moving for the purpose of shooting. And because of relentless can therefore assault even if heavy/rapid fire weapons are fired.
