I've also considered dropping the bloodletter squads down to 5 strong which gives me enough points to purchase another soul grinder. The killing power in this list comes from the crushers, thirsters, and soul grinders. I'm play testing with no icons in my list at first. I think they are over-costed and in a khorne army the only really hard unit that can carry them are the crushers.
