As for the rest of the list. It certainly isn't "power gaming" but the build can be effective if you play really, really well.

They dont get a Command squad option just upgrade to 1 of the current squads. Like the RW apoth and the DW apoth

The ideal behind the list is that every unit will have an apoth within its Area so plasma is next to nill when it comes to over heating. I have scoring units that are tough as nails and ones that are fast as hell!!! Not to mention that the rhino gets 4 Plasma gun shots at 24 inches!

That and the only thing I have too setup on first turn can get the Command squad in a rhino that i can just keep in Reserve if I wanted too!

Those are the top tier lists and I don't see you having a good matchup against any of them.

You have no real ability to deal with tanks or high toughness targets unless you make CC with them. You likely won't catch a tank standing still, and the overwhelming majority of high toughness models are at least good in close combat.

Deny me things to shoot at? True Line of Sight makes that almost impossible. You may be able to enjoy a host of 4+ cover saves, but its very hard to actually pull your models out of LoS in 5e assuming a table with GT style terrain.

Basically, this is hardly a "powergaming" list and it has bad matchups against all of the top tier and most of the second tier lists out there.

Sure, apothecaries are cool and all, but they aren't going to keep any one unit alive for very long with the entire opposing army shooting at it. Its very easy to flat out ignore the termies for 2-3 turns while the walk across the table and deal with the bikes (and 6 bikes will die fast, probably in a turn with the entire opposing army shooting them). After that, your termies are horribly slow and can be picked apart fairly easily by low AP weapons (of which ther are at least a few in competetive lists). Or, they can be charged and smashed to bits by Nob Bike squads/other dedicated CC units.

I'm also very unsure on your Command Squad. Aren't command squads retinues for Independent characters? I would love Melta Spam I still get many save most of the time and I would be able to get in CC!

I would call the fact that you have 3 Apoth (the better da version) a very power gaming kinda list man

The whole list could out flank (except the command squad rhino in reserve) And would do very well vs many list out there

In a casual setting, people will tend to consider tournament armies as "powergaming" so I compared it to the top tournament lists. In comparison to things at the top of the powr curve, this is hardly a powergaming list. I play a really standard and fairly boing dual lash list, and I'd be very happy to see this army across the table from mine.

And yes, someone did take 2nd with a list like this in the UK Heat but regardless this is a list that would take a lot (x2) of skill to use effectively. I see power lists as the ones that practically play themselves.
