Realistic Water question

I'm going to put Realistic Water from Woodland Scenics on my Nurgle bases. I've tested it and it's to clear and too clean looking. What can i do to make it look more dirty. ie brown clearish water. I'm using the paste water first to put around the legs. This will hold the Liqued water in and it dries to match the paste stuff which is great. Any help would be fantastic.
