Thing is, when someone sees "Inquisition army" the fisrt thing they will say is either All Grey Knights or All Sisters.
I want to go the very opposite route.
No Knights.
No Sisters.
Stormies and Inquisitors only.

They will be made with a uniform theme: SWAT-style stormtroopers and official looking no-nonsense Inquisitors, drawing inspiration from stuff like the BOPE, SWAT units, and similar. Cityfighters to the core.

However as I've been out of it for so long I need some help on even relatively optimizing the list.

If you're willing to build on the chimeras, I think you'll find that the Inq Storm Troopers aren't all that bad of a deal. I think HBMC did an all Inq/Storm Trooper army. You may want to ask what his apprach was.
