Help! Looking for sculpting and casting services for imperial guard project

Hi,
Sorry if this is in the wrong froum, I'm assuming this is the right place though as I'm asking for help with the ideas as well

I'm planning on making a unit of Imperial guardsmen inspired by the Telmarines from the Prince Caspian movie
http://bluemoviereviews.files.wordpress.com/2008/05/caspian-4.jpg
I plan on them being made from cadian guardsmen legs and arms, breastplates and the WW1 german helmets (with the spike on the top) but with the moustached and bearded faceplates of the Telmarines
I want to have this unit being a ceremonial unit, more often used to parade and display purposes so a little like the Mordian Iron guard who are very fussy about their disciplined appearance.

I was planning on using normal breastplate torsos from GW, but it's difficult to find these in the quantity I need (about 60)
I also need to have the heads (complete with the faceplate and helmet) sculpted from scratch as I do not know of any range that already has model parts like this

So in a nutshell, I'm looking for anyone (preferably based in the UK) who offers sculpting services and can cast these up in resin as a service
also, I have need of someone who can provide a casting service, I often have lots of otehr projects running at the same time that need bits made in bulk.
This is all for personal use, i don't intend to sell any of these parts

But if anyone knows of any model range that can provide the parts or suitable alternatives I need, that would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

empire box's should work for the best part of them, plenty of what you need, and im sure if you look about at either ebay or any bitz site advertised here you could order the parts you want.
other options on heads would be something from the pigiron range, since they fit amazingly, and look great.
