As people often take similar units with different command group configurations it would be extremely bad form to run command group models when they aren't in the unit, or no command group models when they are there.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Ah, I got beat to the "0" comment. :-P<br /> <br /> CWs are really too slow to employ as effective <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(308);'>MSU</span> units and too expensive for +5 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(173);'>CR</span> generators. Marauders are good cheap <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(59);'>HW</span>/S blocks and cheap hitty <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(308);'>MSU</span> units (flails or <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(50);'>GWs</span>- Mark Of Slaanesh negates psychology problems for a bargain price). And the warshrine works just as well on them. Maybe better. For more mobile hammers, mar cav w/flails or knights are choice.<br /> <br /> I love the CW models and fluff, but don't really see them as very effective in game. Maybe a "C" unit- okay but not great.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Uh, marauders have to pay for crap armour and are T3. Having playtested about a dozen games with them, they don't stand up to a single charge from Orcs. I kid you not, they just aren't 'ard enough. CW, with a shield, have a 3+ armour save. With a Mark of Slaanesh or Nurgle, they're VERY hard to kill indeed. <br /> <br /> And what do you mean slow? They're just as fast as most infantry.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ In general <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(308);'>MSU</span> armies have to have fast units to ensure they get the charge.  If they dont they get eaten alive. This is because they are usually composed of T3 elves with no armor.<br /> Chaos warriors are far far tougher and as such aren't as reliant on the charge or fancy maneuvers. They still need some but it is not as noticeable.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ People usually elect to give Marauder horsemen flails. They're still only T3 with no base armour save, so they're used to charge, hit something, and die. I prefer to have durable troops, so that's why I use Knights instead. They have passive S5 with their magic weapons too.]]></description>

I know will be your next question.<br /> They are meant to stay on the flanks (unless you are deliberately diverting a main enemy unit on the cheap or releasing fanatics) and hammer any of your opponents flanking units/warmachines and then roll up the line of the enemy army through flank or rear charges, or march block, or capture quadrants.<br /> <br />  <br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ <br /> Size...<br /> What is thir role again?<br /> That's right, it is flank harassment and light enemy unit killers.<br /> 20 models will not achieve this.<br /> 5 or 6 with a muso will. <br /> <br /> Outfitting...<br /> Musician only for the +1 to rally when fleeing (ideal use of fast cav is bait and flee) <br /> Standard bearer is pointless because if you bounce (and you occasionally will it is 100pts of victory to your opponent).<br /> Don't give them a 4+ armour save as they lose their fast cav status, the best thing about them.<br /> Flails would be my default weapon choice BUT the throwing weapons do allow you a shooting unit, something sorely missing in the list...]]></description>

Stupid selection. 20 pts makes it super lame.<br /> <br /> Mark Of Nurgle..... -1 to hit shooting and -1 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(149);'>WS</span> of opponents. 30 points. The -1 to be hit is nice for shooting BUT very expensive for a throwaway unit.<br /> <br /> Mark Of Khorne.... Frenzy. The extra attacks are nice and would fit in an all khorne unit BUT at 30 points it is very expensive as remember it is a flanking, throwaway unit. If I took several of these units I may take this once.<br /> <br /> Mark of Slaanesh. Immune Fear, Terror, Panic. NOTE: NOT Immune to psychology. So you can still bait and flee. 10 points. Insanely good compared to the others due to the large number of fear causing enemies around now.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Yeah, marauder horse are great. Light armor and shield/spear turns them into medium cav. Flails and <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(99);'>MoK</span> makes them fire and forget missles. I am fond of Slaanesh flail units- fast cav that have some hitting power. Now that <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(385);'>WoC</span> no longer have fliers, marauder horse also fill the roll of <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(197);'>WM</span> hunter.<br /> <br /> Marauders and Warriors work differently. A 4+ save in <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>CC</span> isn't bad and you can start start +4-5. Warriors have to spend much more to get there, even if they are far more durable. The problem is that that point cost means they are much more likely to get flanked. <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(173);'>CR</span> is the big obstacle for them!<br /> <br /> Knights and, to a lesser degree, marauder horse are your hitting power, not warriors. Warriors make a solid but expensive anvil. I would rather have 3 blocks of marauders, than one pricey warrior block though.<br /> ]]></description>
