Struggling to find out my own combination of color for painting wood recently.

Which color are you using to paint wood? I'm trying to figure out which color has been used on that wood basket in the picture.

Looks like scorched brown undercoat and graveyard earth highlighted so I tried, but it doesn't look like that at all. Need your advice.

WHFB (been many, many years since painting fantasy stuff), I did a Scorched Brown base, Bestial Brown drybrush, and lastly, a Bleached Bone drybrush highlight. Looked pretty similar to that pic.

On my Orc chariot that im working on at the moment ive just left it washed as i wanted a dark wood.
