I think the cloak is better served on a Litch Priest/high Priest than on a king. His reasoning was that if you play well, you don't need the cloak on the heirophant, and with the prince, you can keep him back to help smite your catapult/archers, then fly him closer to combat when needed.

I think that this is a really viable idea, it would just take more skill than players like myself currently have. Apparently that guy is one of the best etc. If you want to build on this element of the strategy, you might try cloak + crown of kings on your TK. It'll be like having a mini High Liche Priest that still allows chariots to be core, and can fight (and is way tougher, doesn't cause your army to crumble when he dies, etc etc).
