First, three scoring units would suffice, say 5 Pathfinders and 2x10 Dire Avengers in Serpents.
A Farseer with doom is mandatory here.

Second, I'd max out the heavy support, like 3 Warwalkers with scatter lasers, Wraithlord and Falcon as given.

Third, elites are very important, your selection looks fine.
