I totally agree that Bikerz can't embark on the Battlewagon but, as far as I can tell from the rule book and the Ork codex, this does not prevent them from taking a Battlewagon as a dedicated transport. I agree that this is total hacks but I can see no reason why Nob Bikerz couldn't take a Battlewagon as a dedicated transport. But again, to be clear, they could not embark on it.

In the description for Nobs in the back it says: "Nobz Mobs (except Nob Bikers) may take a Trukk as a dedicated transport vehicle. Alternatively they may take a Battlewagon as a dedicated trasport ..." Nobz on Bikes cannot then Buy a Battlewagon, and Nobs with a Battlewagon cannot take bikes.
