Im little hesitant b/c the list is 1000 pts with 26 models, but I haven't played enough to know if this really is an issue.

I'd advise, though, that two Exorcists are worth taking, while one is not. If your choice is between one Exorcist and a squad of Seraphim, I'd either find point for a second Exorcist or go with the Seraphim. They will free up you Sister squads for Anti-Tank detail by taking on the Anti-Infantry role.
