				<description><![CDATA[ Why can't chaos marines use drop pods. They have had them as long as the loyal chapters have.  There is even fluff about them use them in assaults.  It just doesn't seem fair.<br /> <br /> &lt;&gt;&lt;]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ it doesent have to be a novel to support it fluff wise.<br /> chaos have dreadclaws as mentioned, but its <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(39);'>FW</span> only, and somewhat expensive unless you start kitbashing chaos tank sprues with pods.<br /> and yes, alot of chaos do use drops to get into battle, just because they are no longer loyal does not mean they will leave behind one of thier best transport options both looks wise <img src="/s/i/a/6d3c0a908a3861135dfaebde91c0ecf6.gif" border="0"> and tactical.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Chaos have plenty of fleet, but they also have the fleet to support dreadclaws and stormbirds (or whatever they were called in Horus Rising) and even thunderhawks.  The space marine fleets are dedicated to inserting Space Marines into battle zones, while the Chaos fleets are the same fleets as anybody else uses.<br /> <br /> Game wise?  It's simply a way to balance things and keep factions unique.]]></description>

I collected chaos, when the loyalist bug started to bite did the math. It was faster and cheaper to buy soem drop pods and refit a few terminators with loyalist weapons then to start from scratch. Obviously I don't use any 1k sons or world eaters, but my chaos landraid works pretty well as a loyalist raider.<br /> <br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(442);'>Ps</span><br /> I have a friend whose making a Dark eldar army using moded eldar models he's doing a good job so far they all look great.]]></description>

The takes specific care to mentiion that all these activities are going on almost simultaneously, thus making for an incredibly efficient and time-saving load-out. If the Legio Mortis can be retrieved back into orbit from the planet, I don't think it is really a stretch to think that Drop Pods could also be airlifted out.  ]]></description>

Dont worry when the new codexes (yes plural one for each chaos god plus one for undivided they will come back, most likely for undivided only though) So be patient and dream sweet little dreams of drop pods that arent immobolised when they land.]]></description>
