Your list looks ok for a 1000pts. I assume your prefered wave is crushers, flamers, soul grinder. Which would be really hard for the majority of 1000pt armies. If you dont get that wave though, your troops will be completely wasted by enemy fire and you will probably lose. Why 5 flamers? 3 does the job just fine. You might want an icon somewhere, to summon them off of, unless you're ok with risking 15% of your forces each game.

I'm not sure nurglings are a good idea in this many points either. As bases, you can't hold objectives with them, and 3 is too few to be much of a threat, or a holdup, otherwise.
