tactic is that the farseer goes with the 6 man squad .
both serpents get close enough so the avengers can disembark and shoot.
farseer dooms enemy units , while serpents kill enemy vehicles

EML's giving you enough antitank capacity for such low point limits while being flexible if your opponent fields no armor at all. Further I'd max one squad of Avengers with exarch and bladestorm, unload, unleash, nothing left of a doomed squad (except for MEQs possibly) and therefore change the other squad to guardians with scatter laser. They could eventually handle what's left behind by the avengers. If you still wish some heavy antitank weapon give a spear to your seer. In a serpent he's mobile enough to get into range and his hth skills aren't that great anyways, additional attack or not.
Thus you'd exceed the 500 pts by 41 but that'll be managable. If you want exactly 500 pts drop the scatter laser, two avengers and that spear and you'll be just fine. but i am afraid my avenger squad is too small , where could i get the points for them ? guardians must be minimum 10 and must have a platform
if i give the avengers 5 more men , i would exceed the points limit by 40 , but i don't want that

Guardians do suck that bad, they have 5+ armor bs3 and fly apart when assaulted.

6 DA's including an exarch with blade storm should work fine in the 500 point bracket thats 18 or more depending which weapon you give your exarch shots in one turn and with doom all are rerollable.

It looks like you want to do a shooty list so try somethign like this

HQ:

Farseer with doom 80

Troops:

7xDA with exarch with twin shuriken rifles and blade storm 116
Wave serpent with Star cannon (underrated anti tank capability as well as decent anti MEQ) 125

Heavy support

5x Dark Reapers (S5 ap3 heavy 2 guns are great for alot of things) 175

Waveserpent w TL Shuriken Cannon. 100 pts I believe so you have 110 per squad.

2 x Squads of 9 DA.

or
1 x Squad of 7 DA w exarch 2 cats and bladestorm 116
1 x Squad of 6 DA w exarch 2 cats and bladestorm 104

That is a boat load of S4 shots and the doom will make them lethal.
