I’ve come up with this so far but I’m open to better ideas:

Torso’s: Citadel Brettonian Peasants.
Arms/guns: Not sure, maybe Empire handgunners, I’d like a more modern (ACW?) looing gun if I can find it.
Heads: Something from one of those separate head systems, with a gas mask and helmet.
