One last thing to do is to give it a coat of varnish I was wondering do you lose detail when you varnish? I remember along time ago i used some brush on matt ones and it would remove my high lights and make it look like the mini was in base colours

Actuallty I am debating over doing my dragon blue or maybe even a regular old green dragon. Only thing I would suggest is on the base.
