Lesser demons aren't good at anything. They're not good for holding objectives, not good in combat and have no shooting. Its better to spend the points on filling out your terminators.

Since it looks like you're deep striking your terminators a heavy flamer would be useful.

That demon prince looks very lonely and he will probably suffer for it, but without scrapping some of the terminators you cant afford another. The way you've equipped your terminators i cant see them doing a huge amount, so maybe a second DP would be better.
