(Also try and use proper punctuation, sentance structure and words in your posts. Just take lots and lots of orks, swarm the hell out of the deamon player. Give the orks guns so they can just point and fire when they deep strike.

Now, if it is a tzeentch heavy deamon army, then things start to change. He will want to be as close to you as possible without being in close combat. Flamers, horrors and other units of the great god of change love to destroy large amounts of little ork boyz in the shooting faze. So take a lot of boyz and nob in trucks and battle wagons, swarm the hell out of him in close combat, make sure he can't use his nifty flamers to annihilate your squads, and take out screamers as soon as possible so that he doesn't ruin you speedy army.

Last off, deamons can be used in a lot of different ways, and it is very hard to cope for all their tricks, but the boyz have some sneaky tricks as well. Mega nobz, nobz, trucks, war bosses, big meks, battle wagons, lootas, flashgitz, and lots and lots of boyz. Take what you think is necessary and make sure to play smart and take advantage of bad deep strikes.

When fighting chaos put Powerclaws in every unit. Send a mounted nobz unit (with various weapons to abuse wound sheningans) and warboss against the thing in the chaos list that has a lash of submission.

Without the lash chaos has a hard time against orks. Chaos doesn't have multimeltas that can get around the board reliably. So feel free to bring a battlewagon or two.
