IIRC, you can only upgrade the armor or change out sponsons. The easiest way to do this is to buy an extra sponson sprue and magnetize everything. That way you have some flexibility to change out your Baneblade/Hellhammer depending on your needs.

The options are given per apoc: sponsons/side armor, wargear from IG vehicles.
Or do you want additional design stuff like extra fuel drums or camo-netting ?
Enhanced comms to show the "leading vehicle" of a squadron?

1) A definite challenge,both the size of the net and the covering materials, it would be HUGE!

1 = easy, visit a hobby store and get an idea.
