In situations where winning is rewarded more than just with a smile and a high five (or maybe a pint) players who would normally be very reasonable about the game and fun to play against are going to be tempted to exploit the rules inconsistencies in the Guard codex (orders on opponents turn, mixed accuracy barrage weaponry, etc) in order to win.<br /> <br /> So when something like this is brought up, should the opposing player, or the judge as it may be, side with what the rules <i>say</i> or what they <i>think</i> the rules <i>should</i> say?  If a judge isn't involved and it is resolved by a roll-off... well should something so ridiculous really have a 50% chance to succeed?  That's another reason why I don't like the roll-off-for-rules-disputes idea is that it encourages arguing things tenaciously even if you're obviously wrong... but that's another thread.]]></description>
