how old can an order be to request an replacement part ? because one of my Dkok mortar/artillery crew is missing a foot, i only realised recently as i came to assemble them today

It then sat on the shelf for a few months.

When i finally noticed I called them up and the FW guys sent me out a new pair!

Call them first. They're hit or miss about emails, but phone calls can't really be ignored that well. If you can't call them during normal business hours, leave a message with all your contact info and a description of your problem.
