				<description><![CDATA[ I was missing a stabiliser for my eldar fire prism and didn't notice it at the time of delivery.<br /> <br /> It then sat on the shelf for a few months.<br /> <br /> When i finally noticed I called them up and the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(39);'>FW</span> guys sent me out a new pair!<br /> <br /> I was also ordering a titan at the same time though.]]></description>

They're hit or miss about emails, but phone calls can't really be ignored that well. If you can't call them during normal business hours, leave a message with all your contact info and a description of your problem. They'll usually get back to you asap that way.]]></description>
