It's like salesmen. If the guy is a total jerk but can sell sand to the Saudis, his boss keeps his around. Pacman can produce, when he isn't suspended, so people keep poking around at him.

And, it's the difference between the good teams and the bad teams. Sure, the Pats took a chance on Corey Dillon and Randy Moss, but it was an educated chance. They did some research first, and figured that on a winning team with veteran leadership, their egos would be contained. And it worked. Dallas had no veteran leadership and no chemistry, so Pacman was Pacman. I mean, he got in a fight with his sitter (yeah, Jerry Jones called him a bodyguard, but he was Pacman's sitter) - what does that say? If Oakland didn't have two good corners, they'd be poking around too.

How do you munch a brew? Sorry

Meh, Ol Pacman Jones. He's going to become like the boogeyman in twenty years. I say pick him up, pay him a bare-bones wage, and put a clause in his contract that says if he does anything, and I mean anything (jaywalking, spitting on the sidewalk, etc...) pull his wage and give him a job cleaning toilets with his tongue. He's had more than enough chances, playing in the NFL is a privelege.
