I like your green/metallic colour scheme. The beige parts and the eyes add more variety. Good job! But I think the marines are looking brighter on the 2nd picture. I would prefer the darker look from the first picture. To the claw/teeth discussion: I think GW painted their Ork-Commandos with green claws, too. But I agree that the teeth should be bone-coloured. Paul: That will be very easy to fix, as I don't highlight black cloth and hair with metallics.
