I don't think you'll really be getting much out of that bike squad. Have they helped a lot in the past? Done a great deal at all? I could understand the bike squad a little more if you were using it for tank hunting or something similar, but it just kind of looks like another assault unit that is pretty expensive for 4 models. The only real advantage they have on anything is the ability to be hitting the lines almost anywhere (given deployment) on turn two. But something so threatening will probably be a big target to the enemy.

I'd say either try doing something else with that 212 points (Like another Vindi or a Pred or possibly HQ # 2) or shift that squads make up a little bit. I use mine for the latter purpose with the bikes in enemy territory in turn 2 you can get your terminators into battle quickly.... The choice is yours, but I think dropping the bikes for other stuff is your best bet.

Swapping out a Berzerker squad for dual Autocannon/HB Predators might help you a lot. As for available squads I could add I've also got a four Terminators with MoK 3 armed with Combi-meltas and a Champion with Twin Lightning Claws. I've also got 8 Bloodletters.

It will take a bit to get new vehicles though, as they can be rather expensive. It just isn't that effective. The battlecannon is fun I guess, but a vindicator can do its job + more and its smaller, so you can get a cover save.
