Eldar Own, the list is perfectly legal as it is, with the two warbosses allowing for two nobz squads to be selected as troops.

As far as it being "too few" models.... these boyz are tougher than terminators. You have to kill off each model seperately due to item allocation, then they have 2 wounds, then they have a 4+ save followed by another 4+ FNP, or a 5+ INV save, followed by a 4+ FNP (Provided the weapon isn't double their toughness).

Good eye on the warbikers not needing heavy armor.

Leadership will be annoying when it fails... but I'm seeing it as only a minor issue. The warbikes should be in combat atleast by turn two, and 2 out of three of the walking nob squads have warbosses with them. So while LD could essentially break the list, hopefully it won't happen very often.
