He is a Space Marine, 1988 - 1992, he has no helmet, he has his bolter in his hands to the side - but the most recognisable part about him is that he has ork or eldar heads hanging from his waist.i remember him to look like he is about to swing his bolter up.

As for the mini concerned - i was young and have no idea if it was rare or not, all i know is that i had it along with the marine with the surikan catapult and the other weird looking one with the chainsword and plasma pistol.
