				<description><![CDATA[ My suggestion would be to read the codex and then outline your own thoughts on the above question. Then further ask people to discuss their own opinions on the matter. With 4 new topics in as little as 10 minutes it says to me "I couldn't be bothered reading the codex so tell me what to do" a little iniative and effort goes a long way into making practical and useful discussion threads]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[  All in all <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(72);'>IMO</span> it's good to have a mix of both units,but yes it does really depends on the type of army your going for.<br />  In my own army I use a sqaud of shoota boyz to "camp" on objectives while my slugga boyz get into <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>cc</span> as quickly as possible.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I'd have to agree with Fitzz here, try and work out a general idea for the army. Once you more or less worked out which bits you want to include then decide what options and which tasks suit each unit. Remember as an ork you will always be facing a few general truths:<br /> <br /> Mostly your <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>BS</span> is going to sit around 2 or 3, however this is compensated by having large numbers of shots<br /> <br /> You will mostly be striking at a reasonabley low iniative making power claws an attractive option for <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>CC</span> units<br />  <br /> Your troops are cheap, apart from guard and nids you will nearly always outnumber your opponent allowing you to absorb casualties other armys would cringe at.<br /> <br /> Other than that pick units you like make a few army lists and post them with some explinations of why I choose unit A etc etc you will find in some armys they have fluffy units that are considered worthless (sisters repentia anyone) at this point people will suggest oh in this situation i use unit x or unit y can be used in these different ways. <br /> <br /> Final advice: use the search feature on the forums odds are many of your questions will have been answered on previous posts as well as it popping up army lists that might help you construct your own list, finally this game isnt just about winning (shock horror) if you can make a fluffy force that you genuinely enjoy playing even if its considered to be an "unpowered" list through practice and perseverance you will eventually end up winning a fair chunck of games]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Shootas in a BW can be very effective. I've yet to run that set up myself, but I've a friend that has a unit of 20 Shootas in a BW, and it works out well for him. <br /> <br /> Its a very nice mobile platform, that once in range can dish out a lot of firepower. <br /> Also, while they may not be sluggas, 20 shootas charging from an open topped BW is still a lot of dice like pain. <br /> <br /> As for unit size. Generally unless the sluggas are trukk bound, then 20+ is the general unit size for foot sloggin' boyz. <br /> <br /> As for shootas, its my opinion that they should always be at least 20 strong. As its been mentioned, they are good 'camper' units for objectives.. plus, you need the numbers for the sheer amount of shooting, and the increased chances of hits. ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Depending on your army type they can both have uses.  Personally I like Shootas for big mobs (20+) and sluggas for smaller units (i.e. truk boyz) as the large units can get enough attacks to be a deadly melee threat  but also enough shots to be a credible shooting threat (and they're also a better spot for special weapons since they don't lose any melee ability for it).<br /> <br /> Jack]]></description>
