I've seen him play this force a couple of times. The Lootas and Slugga Boyz ride the Battlewagons, while Shoota Boyz footslog it in. Snikrot and his Kommandoes outflank and take out any entrenched fire support while the Gretchins are cannon fodder around the Big Mek with the SAG. The FA options offer some mobile firepower, but are mostly there to annoy the other player. I would definitely be adding more deffkoptas to this list, as well as another mob of Boyz and probably beefing up the Kommandoes as well.

add more kommandos, you will be striking last alot, and 5 kommandos will usually die before they get to swing

dont mix and match weapons, it fractures your focus with the unit, make them all big shootas, add a PK nob

drop the skorcha and warbuggy, get more boyz

i would prolly drop a wagon and get ore boyz. i would give the mek a KFF over the sag to give them some support.
