On a more serious note, Isn't your librarian a little vulnerable? Yes, he has a 2+/3++, but a few lascannon/meltagun shots will take him down fairly easily.
And what is his purpose in this list? If he's just there to fill out an HQ slot, you could probably choose a better HQ.
