Snakebite Ork Warboss on Cyboar

Continuing with my Snakebite army, I finally got around to building my Warboss on a Cyboar. I tried to go as WYSIWYG as possible for how I field him. Complete with (grot) stickbomb chukka, attack squig and boss pole. I thought since the Snakebite's are so well known for their herds of grots and squigs, that there needed to be a few along for the ride with the boss. Of coarse, as usual with any great modeling project, the batteries in my camera died after 3 shots, so here are the few that I got before the camera kicked out. I'll try take more with better lighting after I get fresh batteries, but I will probably have it base coated before then. What do you think?

Looking good so far. Now whack some paint on it, so it's easier to make out in the pictures!

Re:Snakebite Ork Warboss on Cyboar

that's the plan, but the "lookie what I did!!!" reflex kicked in before I could pick up the primer can. It's now primed, and after a quick cleaning of the hobby room (read, burn to the ground and rebuild, haha), I will start on the paint job. No joke, on my 30" x 42" drafting table used as a painting desk, the usable space measures in at a 9" x 9" square. Any way, back on topic, I'll get the warboss painted up, buy fresh batteries, and have good quality pictures up sometime in the near future.

Re:Snakebite Ork Warboss on Cyboar

Quick update, I got started on painting the boss (sadly, had to leave town over the weekend, so not much). I've taken the time to get better photos of most of my Ork army and started a blog. You can see much clearer shots of just what this model looks like here, http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/0/244281.page#777358 Not to mention the Nob Bikers, Battlewagon, Trukk, and one of my shoota mobs. Here is a teaser, check it out.
