				<title>Ork army, ready for tournament?</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Hey guys well your probable sick of me putting my list up so this will be the last time atleast for my orks, my <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(38);'>flgs</span> is running a tournament soon and i was just wondering how you think my list will go, I havent been in a tourney since 4th ed, and so far only played against shrike and assault terminator lists.  I played this list against a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(27);'>DE</span> player, he was using a tactic he wasnt familiar with so not sure if it would of gone the same way if he hadnt of used it but anyway, by turn 5 i had taken all his models off the table and  from that battle i still decide about how secure the wagons will but with the mek and the buggies as protection they should still get there which some of them did, and the grots were very handy indeed, made a great tarpit for some wytches until the boyz could get there. It was a 1750 game so i had the stormboyz in there as well and they performed admirably taking out 3 kill points. 				<description><![CDATA[ --&gt; My suggestion would be to ditch the shoota boys in favour of some lootas --&gt; they're much better at shooting.<br /> <br /> --&gt; Alternately, you could max out the squads and vehicles you already have with guns. I.e. your battle wagons can have more guns as well as your slugga boys. All of whom will be closer to the fight and potential targets than foot slogging shoota boyz.<br /> <br /> --&gt; Consider finding some points to add some more Nobz to your Nob squad as well as a painboy --&gt; will make them so much more effective<br /> <br /> --&gt; A reinforced ram doesn't add too much to a battlewagon given that they are already <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(9);'>AV</span> 14. I would sacrifice the rerolled dangerous terrain test in favour of more guns <br /> <br /> --&gt; Stormboyz are awesome! I'm astounded that I don't see many lists that include them. Kudos to you for including them. Have you thought about Zagstruck? Could add a lot of versatility to your army. A well positioned strike or perhaps a distraction to give your vehicles an extra turn on the move.<br /> <br /> --&gt; Lastly, I think Deffkoptas would add more to this list than buggies. Scout and Outflank means they would have a lot more potential for destroying prime targets. Even if you don't take deffkoptas you still have room for those rokkits in your squads or on your battlewagon. Taking them as a buggy meant you spent 35 points for a twin linked rokkit launcha as opposed to 20 points for two rokkit launchas.<br /> <br /> Hope these ideas are helpful<br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ thanks for the comments St1ck69 most of the comments i have thought about doing at some point but have been unsure about them<br /> <br /> I chose shoota boyz over slugga boyz merely because they are foot slogging and have a shield of grots in front of them and as i already have all my other boyz as slugga's i wanted some fare power in there and that many shoota shots and bog shoota's is quite handy. It is also still a bit of a threat which has to be taken on as that is still 60 models marching down the middle with the vehicles on the flanks.  loota's i just dont feel fit in with my army, i dont want to have to leave them at the back of the table while the rest of my army is moving forward, the only way i would take them is if they were in a battlewagon and then only in a 1750 game.<br /> <br /> The Nobz squad i have been thinking i can add about one more and not much else, they were originally going to be just another squad of trukk boys but i wanted some heavier hitting models and i can only scrap up around 20 or so points. maybe more if i got rid of the waagh banner.<br /> <br /> As for reinforced rams all i can say is that i have seen far to many land raiders immobilised by terrain to not take them and as they are basically a delivery system for the boyz i want to make sure they can take on terrain with safety.<br /> <br /> I am really liking storm boyz so far they can keep up with the wagons and are also a good threat so thus diverts shooting, but im really unsure of zagstruk as he is quite expansive and i personally believe he is only good on the charge.<br /> <br /> The purpose of the buggies is merely to shield the wagons and trukks and as an alternative targert as they really have the only ranged anti-tank.  The fact that deff kopta's still have leadership is another factor there have been far to many games where i have seen a squad suffer one casualty and run off the map, If they could have boss poles or something else like that then i might take them but as they are now i just see them as a one hit distraction and they are more vulnerable then buggies to small arms, like lasguns etc.  Deff kopta's with rokkits are also about 10pts more expansive then the buggies <br /> alternatively if i did take them i might go the other way and max out with them taking 3 full squads but they would be a different pure <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(234);'>KoS</span> list.<br /> <br /> My main worries with the list are that the wagons get destroyed/immobilised before they can unload the boyz inside, and if i should put the buggies in the same group as the meks boyz so the buggies get the 4+ cover save from the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(163);'>KFF</span> or to use them as a screen for the other wagon which wont have the protection of the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(163);'>KFF</span>.  If I put loota's which i have thought about i feel they would have to be mobile and that means either trukk or wagon but then they cant shoot if they move..<br /> <br /> Thats atleast my logic for the choices in this list and about the comments which im still trying to think if i can do but as i said i prob wont use kopta's if i did i would prob restructure my entire list which i dont have the models for alas... damn you <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(50);'>GW</span> and your expansive models<br /> <br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Glad that I could provide a different perspective.<br /> <br /> Good point about the shoota boyz, I didn't think of using the gretchin as cover. <br /> I see where you are comming from with getting your wagon boyz into the fray. I'm still going to disagree about the buggies though. You already have <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(9);'>AV</span> 14 and a 5+ cover save from the mek, I don't feel the buggies as cover is necessary. Putting the rokkits on the battle wagon will give it a bit more functionality once it has unloaded the boyz.<br /> Also, with the points you could have a deffrolla (instead of reinforced ram) for dangerous terrain test as well as extra tankshocking goodness. Or perhaps a painboy (<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(376);'>mmm</span>... feel no pain is brilliant)<br /> <br /> Anywho, despite my rather minor grumblings I reckon this is a pretty fantastic list. Make sure you post a battle report or two, really keen to see how it goes for ya]]></description>
